A large number of Manstock systems are operating in modern mills throughout Pakistan. The design of the systems, selection of components, and configuration of the equipment is carried out using the latest software tools to ensure optimum performance. Refrigeration is added in applications requiring a positive control of temperature, independent of outdoor air characteristics, for example in Air Jet Weaving Mills and Open End Departments.

Manstock's semi-centrals are pre-fabricated plants. These self-contained units are very popular in the industry for use in high humidity areas like finished yarn storages, etc. The semi-centrals are flexible in so far as they do not require any floor space for installation, making them ideally suited for applications where space constraints do not allow construction of central plants. They can be easily disassembled and reinstalled at a different location, and they are very economical in power consumption.

The Manstock Rotary Air Filter is designed to remove fibers generated through processing of natural and man-made materials. The filter is centrally placed for receiving fiber/waste laden contaminated air, the fiber/waste is deposited on a rotating drum, and is continuously removed from the drum surface via oscillating suction nozzles. The clean air passes through the filter, and is ready for re-circulation into the department or to be exhausted into the atmosphere.

Manstock's Rotary Air Filter provides long and trouble-free operation in industrial conditions. It has a solid and rigid construction, and many special design features are included. The metal cage construction offers higher free area. The drum surface is covered with high quality filter medium. For different applications, different types of filter media are used. The filter medium is removable and washable, and it can be easily re-mounted. The filters are shipped in knocked down condition and allow easy installation at mill sites.

Manufactured using stainless steel sheet and stainless steel mesh, the Manstock Rotary Water Filter has a sturdy construction, is rust-resistant, and is most suitable for long and trouble free operation in industrial conditions. Contaminated water with fibers/waste passes through the wire mesh of the Rotary Water Filter. The fibers adhere to the surface and are continuously removed from the filter and collected in a tray. The clean water is continuously returned to the water reservoir for re-use. The fractional horsepower motor with gear drive ensures uninterrupted operation at low power consumption.

For the textile industry, Manstock designs, procures and installs systems to automatically control temperature and humidity in complete air-conditioning plants.
